Why he started
As a student, he saw how much of university success depends on information and access that are unevenly shared. Capable students fall behind not for lack of ability, but for lack of a clear path.
What is broken
Learning, skills and opportunity live in separate places, and the bridge from campus to real work is left to luck and personal connections. Talent is everywhere. Structured access is not.
What he is building
Nelavista: one platform where students can learn their courses, build practical skills, navigate campus and find opportunities, with a growing focus on real, paid work.
Where it is going
Toward infrastructure for the university-to-work transition across Africa, connecting student talent to the knowledge, skills, opportunities and networks it needs.
